Welcome to Elevate YOU Financial Coaching LLC. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, digital products, financial coaching services, consultations, workshops, and other services offered by Elevate YOU Financial Coaching LLC (“Elevate YOU,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, purchasing a product or service, booking a consultation, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website, products, or services.
1. About Elevate YOU Financial Coaching
Elevate YOU Financial Coaching LLC provides financial coaching, financial education, educational resources, workshops, and digital financial-planning tools designed to help individuals and couples improve their financial knowledge, organization, habits, and decision-making.
Our services are educational and coaching-based in nature.
Elevate YOU Financial Coaching LLC does not provide investment, securities, legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or other regulated professional advice through this website, our digital products, or our financial coaching services.
You remain responsible for your own financial decisions and should consult an appropriately licensed professional when professional advice is needed.
2. Eligibility
Our website, products, and services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old.
By purchasing a product or service or entering into a coaching relationship with Elevate YOU, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into an agreement.
3. Free Consultations
Elevate YOU may offer complimentary discovery consultations to prospective coaching clients.
A complimentary consultation is intended to:
Discuss your general financial goals and challenges
Help us understand the type of support you are seeking
Explain available Elevate YOU services
Determine whether our services may be a good fit
Identify an appropriate next step
A complimentary consultation is not a financial coaching session and does not include detailed financial analysis, individualized financial planning, investment recommendations, tax advice, accounting advice, or legal advice.
Booking or participating in a complimentary consultation does not create an ongoing coaching relationship or obligate either party to purchase or provide additional services.
4. Financial Coaching Services
Financial coaching services are designed to provide education, accountability, organization, guidance, and support.
Specific services, session frequency, duration, pricing, payment arrangements, and other terms may vary depending on the coaching service selected.
Clients purchasing coaching services may be required to enter into a separate coaching agreement before services begin. If a separate coaching agreement applies, that agreement will govern the specific coaching relationship in addition to these website Terms.
Participation in financial coaching does not guarantee any particular financial result. Your results depend on many factors, including your individual circumstances, decisions, actions, consistency, and other factors outside our control.
5. Digital Products
Elevate YOU sells downloadable digital products, including financial planners, spreadsheets, workbooks, templates, and related educational resources.
Digital products are provided electronically. No physical product will be shipped.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have compatible software, hardware, and technology necessary to access and use the digital product.
Our spreadsheet-based products may require compatible spreadsheet software, such as Microsoft Excel, for full functionality. Features, formatting, formulas, dashboards, or other functionality may not perform identically in unsupported or incompatible applications.
6. Digital Product License
Unless otherwise stated, your purchase of an Elevate YOU digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal use only.
You may download and use the purchased product for your own personal financial planning and educational purposes.
You may not, without our prior written permission:
Resell or redistribute the product
Share the purchased file with others
Upload the product to file-sharing websites or platforms
Reproduce the product for commercial distribution
Modify and resell the product
Claim the product or its contents as your own
Use the product to create a competing product for sale
Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Provide copies to clients, customers, organizations, or other third parties
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property contained within that product.
7. Digital Downloads and Access
After a successful purchase, customers will receive access to their digital product through the delivery method provided at checkout or by email.
Download links may be subject to expiration or other technical restrictions established by our website or digital-delivery provider. Customers are responsible for downloading and securely saving purchased files.
If you experience a legitimate technical problem accessing a purchased file, contact us at hello@elevateyoufc.com so we can assist you.
8. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices for future purchases at any time. A price change will not affect a purchase that has already been completed.
Payment must be made through the payment methods available at checkout or through an authorized invoice, payment link, or other payment arrangement provided by Elevate YOU.
Where payment plans are offered for coaching services, the applicable payment schedule and terms will be communicated before enrollment and may also be included in a separate coaching agreement.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.
9. Digital Product Refund Policy
Because our digital products are delivered electronically and customers receive access to downloadable files after purchase, all digital product sales are final once the product has been delivered or made available for download, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
We do not generally offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Failure to use the product
Purchasing the wrong product
Lack of compatible software when compatibility requirements were reasonably disclosed
Personal preference regarding the product after delivery
If you experience a technical issue with a file or believe you received an incorrect or defective digital product, contact us at hello@elevateyoufc.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate technical or delivery problems.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
10. Coaching Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, missed-session, payment, and refund terms applicable to financial coaching services may be provided during enrollment or in a separate coaching agreement.
Where a separate coaching agreement has been executed, the cancellation, payment, refund, and termination provisions in that agreement will control the coaching relationship.
Elevate YOU reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session when reasonably necessary. If we must reschedule a session, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative time.
11. Workshops and Seminars
Workshop and seminar services may be subject to separate written proposals, agreements, pricing, cancellation terms, payment schedules, and other event-specific requirements.
Where a separate agreement exists, its terms will govern the applicable workshop or event.
12. No Guarantee of Financial Results
Elevate YOU provides education, tools, guidance, and accountability. We cannot and do not guarantee specific financial outcomes.
We do not guarantee that using our products or services will result in:
Debt elimination
Increased savings
Improved credit scores
Increased income
Investment gains
Loan approval
Mortgage approval
Business success
Wealth accumulation
Any particular financial result
Examples, illustrations, scenarios, testimonials, or educational calculations are provided for informational purposes and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees of future results.
You are responsible for evaluating information and making decisions appropriate to your own circumstances.
13. No Investment, Tax, Accounting, or Legal Advice
Information provided through Elevate YOU's website, digital products, coaching services, workshops, emails, social media, or other educational materials is provided for general educational and coaching purposes.
Nothing provided by Elevate YOU should be interpreted as individualized investment, securities, tax, accounting, insurance, or legal advice.

Unless otherwise stated, the content available through Elevate YOU Financial Coaching LLC—including our name, branding, logos, written materials, coaching frameworks, worksheets, spreadsheets, planners, dashboards, graphics, presentations, educational materials, website content, and original resources—is owned by or licensed to Elevate YOU Financial Coaching LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
The Elevate YOU name, branded program names, product names, proprietary frameworks, and other identifying materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
